Same thing a cat does with anything that is smaller than it and moves around too much: POUNCE AND/OR SWAT! After that it depends on the cat. If it has an owner it might present it as a present afterwards, a present that may or may not still be alive when given. If it doesn't have an owner, or doesn't give presents, if it doesn't end up eating it it will more or less torture (read as play with) it too death unless it manages to escape somehow during the post capture play session (it can happen).

I love the style of this piece. The cat is really cool with the shape and pose you gave it. I love the angle too that this is at. This cat seems to just be watching the faerie peacefully and maybe even subconsciously which I think makes the atmosphere all the more pretty.
